Michael & Mary could not have been better hosts. They provided restaurant recommendations and even made reservations. The room was very comfortable and the bed was great. Breakfast was outstanding and cooked to order. It's a quiet location about 30 minutes drive over the pass to Dingle. Perfect for us.

Deirdre was an excellent host! So welcoming and very informative. She provided us with loads of facts about the roads in the area, places to eat; we went to Murphys in Brandon, which over sees Mount Brandon, walking distance from Cé Hideout and my partner says it's the best Fish and chips he's had in Ireland. Our room was very clean, the bed and bathroom was luxurious! Deirdre was so nice when we left and made sure we slept well. Their dog is also very nice and welcoming! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Ireland! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A beautiful village with a local shop for all your self catering needs.
We walked the "Fairy Trail" but I wouldn't recommend it for younger children. I didn't see any fairy doors or anything fairy related.....there were a few painted rocks. The trail is fairly difficult to walk and is a 5km loop going through sheep farmland....the sheep seemed friendly enough. Difficult under foot and hard work to stay upright in parts
