    • Sri Lanka  Throughout the years, Sri Lanka has been known by many names, but the one that perhaps describes it best is the old Persian name, Serendib, meaning ‘serendipity’. In just 2009 Sri Lanka saw the end of a brutal 26 year long civil war. The entire nation breathed a sigh of relief, and finally, this beautiful teardrop shaped island opened up to the rest of the world once again. The bustling streets of Kandy and Anuradhapura are quickly filling with tourists. But outside of the urban meccas, Sri Lanka’s tangled green jungle, rolling hills, and surf-washed shores draw a different kind of traveler. Extreme nomads with a burn for outdoor adventure have long known Sri Lanka’s real charm isn’t something you’ll find in the city. France

If France is constantly ranked as the most visited country in the world, it’s not only due to its rich culture and attractive climate, but also, in no small part, thanks to the incredible possibilities in terms of extreme sports & outdoor activities. Popular sports in France indeed include soccer, tennis or cycling, with the Tour de France or Roland Garros competitions being followed worldwide every year, but the Hexagon is also considered a world class destination for all kinds of adrenaline hunters, with surfers enjoying the Atlantic swell, skiers, snowboarders and downhill bikers riding down the Alps and Pyrénées mountains, and kitesurfers sailing the strong mistral winds of the Lion gulf. Even wakeboarders, with more than 100 cable parks to choose from, are truly spoiled in the land of wine, cheese and saucisson.
